West Cobb Mothers and More provides many activities and opportunities for mothers to connect with other mothers who have kids of all ages.

*Regular Meetings with Topical Discussion Groups and Guest Speakers

  • Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm at West Cobb Chiropractic (5041 Dallas Hwy, Suite 500, Powder Springs) unless otherwise noted.
  • Infants 6 months and younger are welcome.

Monthly Meetings

  • Monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 7:30 – 9:30 pm at West Cobb Chiropractic (5041 Dallas Hwy, Suite 500, Powder Springs).
  • Please see our calendar for information on the meeting topics.
  • These meetings focus primarily on mother’s (women’s) issues and interests and at times a guest speaker is the highlight.
  • Infants up to 6 months of age are welcome.
  • Meetings are held at night to encourage you to take time out for yourself.


Playgroups

  • Playgroups are scheduled for children of all ages.
  • Members are divided into small playgroups, with activities coordinated by the individual playgroup leaders.
  • Once a month a “Super Playgroup” will be planned in which all members get together.


Mom’s Night Out

  • Periodically a Mom’s Night Out is planned.
  • It might be dinner, bowling, mini-golf …
  • It is a fun way to get to know other women and get away for a night out!


Couple’s Night Out

  • Why not include the hubbies?
  • This a good opportunity for the husbands to get to know each other.
  • These are planned periodically.



Family Outings

  • These weekend events will be planned several times a year and are for the whole family.

Outreach Programs

  • Focusing on mothers and children, outreach programs each year allow us to give back to the community.
  • Throughout the year, other volunteer opportunities will be scheduled.
